THE CRITIQUE THE BOTTOM LINE ATONEMENT is a handsomely-produced tale of lust, lies, war and regret. Having said that, it’s also a tragic and ultimately indifferent movie that has received more accolades than it probably deserves. But that’s just my opinion. If you like elegant British dramas that have downbeat endings, then this one’s for you.
